-VsSm.Draupadi Bala Das Perused the report of the Assistant Registrar IX(in-charge) dated 26th February, 2024.

Pursuant to the order dated 20th December, 2023, administrative notices were issued to the appellants. However, for the reasons insufficient address and addressee could not be located, the administrative notice could not be served upon the appellants. The administrative notice upon the learned advocate-on-record for the appellants in terms of direction of this Court dated 30th January, 2024 could not be served since the address and contact number of the learned advocate-on-record is not available in the case record as stated in the report of the Assistant Registrar IX(in-charge).

Be that as it may, this matter is appearing in the list since December, 2023. However, since listing of the matter, none has appeared on behalf of the appellants. None appears on behalf of the appellants.

In view of the above, the present appeal being SA 1127 of 1971 along with all connected applications, if any, stands dismissed for default.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Let a copy of this order along with the Lower Court Records be sent to the learned Court below for information in accordance with the rules.

Urgent photostat copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of necessary legal formalities.
