Learned advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are the father-in-law and mother-in-law of the deceased. The husband is in custody. Since the police filed charge sheet, custodial interrogation of the petitioners is no longer required.

Learned advocate appearing for the State draws the attention of the Court to the contents in the case diary particularly to the statements recorded.

Considering the gravity of the offences and the involvement of the petitioners therein, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.
