Mr. Rudradipta Nandy ... for the State The present revisional application has been preferred against an order dated 12th March, 2021 passed by the learned ACJM, Alipore in ACGR Case No.5017 of 2019 relating to Kasba Police Station Case No.438 dated 16.10.2019 under Section 3/4/5/7 and 18 of the Immoral Trafficking (Prevention) Act and Section 120 of the Indian Penal Code wherein the learned Magistrate was pleased to reject the petitioner's prayer for discharge. Learned counsel for the State is present.

None represents the petitioner today.

It appears from the record that on earlier date i.e. 13.12.2023 also the petitioner did not appear.

Accordingly, the criminal revision 26 of 2022 is disposed of with the direction that the petitioner shall be at liberty to raise the issue raised in the present case before the appropriate forum.

All applications connected thereto stand disposed of.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Let a copy of the order be sent to the learned trial court for compliance.

Urgent Xerox certified copies of this order, if applied for, shall be supplied to the learned counsel for the parties as expeditiously as possible, in compliance of usual formalities.
