It appears from the aforesaid report that in compliance with the order of this Court dated 20th December, 2023, administrative notices were issued to the appellants. The notices issued to appellant nos. 1, 2, 4 to 6, 9 and 10 have been delivered. The notices issued to appellant nos. 3, 8 and 11 have returned with the endorsement "Deceased" and the notice issued to appellant no. 7 has returned with the endorsement "Insufficient Address".

None appears on behalf of the appellants.

In the aforesaid backdrop, the present appeal being SA 1273 of 1971 is dismissed for default along with connected applications, if any.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Lower Court records along with copy of this order be sent down to the learned Trial Court in accordance with rules.
