3. In view of the above facts, this Court thinks that the appellants are not interested in pursuing the instant matter.

4. Hence, SA 418 of 1974 and SA 419 of 1974 are dismissed for default without any order as to costs.

5. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

6. Let a copy of this order be communicated to the learned court below for information.

7. All parties shall act in terms of the copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
