For the respondents In view of the reasons given in the earlier order passed in the present appeal on 23rd August, 2022, the impugned order dated 15th February, 2018 passed in the writ petition is set aside and the appeal is taken up for hearing. Mr. Das, learned advocate appearing for the appellant submits that pursuant to the earlier order of this Court, the appellant has furnished an indemnity bond to the satisfaction of the bank. Let a photostat copy of the same, as produced, be kept on record.

Mr. Mukherjee, learned advocate appearing for the bank does not deny such fact.

The respondent no. 4B is personally present before this Court today along with a bank draft of Rs.2,95,299/- issued in the name of the appellant. Let a photostat copy of the bank draft be kept on record.

Mr. Mukherjee has handed over the original bank draft to Mr. Das in Court today, who in turn hands over the same to the appellant present in Court.

In view thereof, no further interference is called for in the present appeal and the same is, accordingly, disposed of.
