Re : CPAN 2056 of 2025 (contempt) 1.

We find prima facie that a case of contempt has been made out inasmuch as the initial order was modified by a subsequent order dated November 27, 2025 only insofar as the portion of the impugned judgment which directed the service copy of the concerned B.L. & L.R.O. to record the punishment meted out to her was set aside. However, the rest of the order was sustained.

It is alleged in the present contempt application that despite the same, the alleged contemnors have deliberately flouted the order, as modified, in the manner as alleged in the contempt application.. 3.

Accordingly, the petitioners shall serve copies of the contempt application on the alleged contemnors indicating that the application shall next be listed on

March 30, 2026, when an affidavit-of- service to that effect shall be filed by the petitioners.
