1. Heard learned lawyers for the parties.

2. We have considered the materials on record. Though no narcotics was recovered from the petitioner, he is the owner of the vehicle which was used to transport narcotics. Investigation is in progress. Custodial interrogation is necessary to unravel the ramification of the crime involving trafficking in narcotic drugs.

3. Under such circumstances we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
