Seen office report dated 26.07.2022/23.08.2022 and perused the Hon'ble Court's Order Dated 16.06.2022. The Hon'ble Court in the solemn Order Dated 16.06.2022 was pleased to direct interalia, "Time to put in the special messenger cost for bringing the lower court's records is peremptorily extended by one week from date. In default, the appeal shall stand dismissed without any further reference to this court and the interim order, if there be any, shall also stand vacated".

It appears from the said office report that the special messenger cost has not been deposited by the appellant.

Hence the instant appeal stands dismissed in accordance with the direction of the Hon'ble Court vide solemn Order Dated 16.06.2022.
