Ms. Bhattacharyya, learned counsel for the Board, submits that upon compliance with the directions/conditions of the order dated January 30, 2024, the Registration Certificate and the Admit Card of the Madhyamik Pariksha, 2024 has been issued to the petitioner.

She further submits that this Court by the aforementioned order allowed the prayers of the petitioner subject to payment of Costs of Rs. 10,000/- but the said condition was not recorded in the said order dated January 30, 2024.

The petitioner however has paid the said costs to the Board.

In view of such development, no further order(s) need be passed in the present writ petition, accordingly, WPA 182 of 2024 is disposed of without any order as to costs. Parties to act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties subject to compliance with all requisite formalities.
