Mr. Choudhury, learned advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have been falsely implicated in the criminal proceedings. The primary accused has already been enlarged on bail on 14th December, 2020 and as such, custodial detention of the petitioners is not necessary. Learned advocate appearing for the State opposes the petitioners' prayer and submits that there are incriminating materials on record against the petitioners.

Having heard the learned advocates and upon considering the materials in the case diary, the gravity of the offence and the extent of complicity of the petitioners in the alleged offence, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail. The application for anticipatory bail being C.R.M. 111 of 2021 is, accordingly, dismissed.
