The learned advocate representing the petitioner submits that petitioner has prayed for transfer after being appointed in the post of Assistant Teacher.

It is further contended that petitioner participated in 1st State Level Selection Test, 2016 (Classes IX & X) and she was selected by the West Bengal Central School Service Commission for being appointed as Assistant Teacher.

It is submitted by the learned advocate representing the parties that the entire selection process that is 1st SLST, 2016 (Classes IX, X and XI & XII) has been set aside by the Hon'ble Division Bench and the issue is pending before the Hon'ble Supreme Court at present.

In view of pendency of the issue before the

Hon'ble Supreme Court, no order need be passed at this stage on this writ petition.

Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed.

However, this order shall not preclude the petitioner to take steps in accordance with law in future, if situation so arises.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the learned Advocates for the parties on the usual undertakings.
