1. Let affidavit-of-service filed in Court be kept on record.

2. A purely private dispute between the petitioner and the respondent no. 4 emanating from the alleged rental of the petitioner's property to the respondent no. 4 has evolved in the present writ petition. The petitioner, inter alia, seeks an order of stay on the proposed shifting of the Bank as well as the compensation. This private dispute cannot be adjudicated before this Court exercising jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. There is no element of public duty of the Bank taking up this property.

3. The writ petition thus, fails and is accordingly dismissed.

4. There shall, however, be no order as to costs.

5. Dismissal of the writ petition shall not impede the petitioner's right to approach the appropriate Civil Court to pursue his grievance.

6. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties on usual undertaking.
