1. Let affidavit-of-service filed in Court be kept on record.

2. The petitioner challenges the grant of a work order in favour of the respondent no. 6 by the respondent no. 3. The grievance of the petitioner is that the successful tender, though required in the tender notice to furnish a bank guarantee for the collected amount for the third year, has failed to do so. For such purpose, the petitioner had made a representation on December 9, 2024 before the respondent no. 5, which till date has not been considered.

3. Mr. Gupta, learned Advocate appearing for the respondents no. 3 to 5, submits that the bank guarantee by the private respondent no. 6 has already been furnished and undertakes to deal with the representation of December 9, 2024 and

intimate the petitioner of the fate of the representation within November 30, 2025.

4. The writ petition is, thus, disposed of with the aforestated observations.

5. There shall, however, be no order as to costs.

6. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties on usual undertaking.
