Considering the nature of the prayer, I do not find any reason to ask the learned advocate on behalf of the petitioner to serve notice upon the opposite party. Service upon the opposite party is thus dispensed with.

Learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), 2nd Court, Barasat is requested to dispose of interlocutory applications pending before the court as expeditiously as possible without giving any unnecessary adjournment to any of the parties.

Petitioner is directed to make communication of this order to the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), 2nd Court, Barasat for information.

With this observation and direction, the revisional application stands disposed of.
