1. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that co-accused has been granted pre-arrest bail. Accordingly, he renews his prayer for bail.

2. Learned Advocate for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

3. We have considered the materials on record. Bail prayer of the petitioner was rejected earlier on merits. Statement of a witness shows petitioner and co-accused had put sacks inside the house of Sanjay Chowdhury. Subsequently recovery of narcotics was made from the house of Sanjay. In view of the aforesaid circumstances and as investigation is in progress, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
