2. We have heard the learned advocates for the CESC Limited and the respondent/writ petitioner.

3. The learned advocate for the CESC Limited submitted that the order and direction has been implemented and the electricity connection has been given to the writ petitioner on 27th February, 2023.

4. We find that the interest of the appellant is sufficiently safeguarded by the finding recorded by the learned Single Bench in paragraph 18 of the impugned order.

5. Thus. we find no grounds to interfere with the order passed by the learned Single Bench and the same is dismissed.
