The petitioners claim to be the owners of the property and the record of rights being in their favour.

In spite of that, the private respondents are obstructing, harassing and/or preventing the petitioners to construct the boundary wall.

The petitioners would seek

permission from the appropriate authorities regarding the demarcation of the property, thereafter, if the appropriate authority deems fit and proper, will seek assistance of the police, if required.

In the meantime, the police would ensure that no breach of peace and tranquility takes place and/or any untoward incident stems out as the petitioners and the private respondents are at loggerheads.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 174 of 2024 is disposed of.
