We have considered the materials on record.
Petitioner is named in the FIR. Statements of witnesses before Magistrate implicate the petitioner in the alleged crime. Discharge of one of the FIR named accused was in view of collection of exonerative evidence in his favour and does not apply to the petitioner. Accordingly, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
