Learned counsel for the West Bengal Bar Council, the State and the respondent nos. 9 to 11 are present.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the Bar Council that the notice of election has been notified and nothing remains in the present writ application. If the writ petitioner is having any grievances, the petitioner shall make appropriate representation before the Committee in terms of the notification dated January 9, 2026. 4.

In view of the above, WPA 298 of 2026 is disposed of with the liberty to the petitioner that if the petitioner is having any grievance, the petitioner shall approach before the Committee in terms of the notification dated January 9, 2026.

As regard the other prayers in the petition, this Court has not gone into the merit of the case.
