The learned Counsel for the appellant submits that in view of the compromise arrived at between the parties during the pendency of the appeal, the appellant is not interested to proceed with appeal and the appeal may be dismissed as withdrawn.

In view thereof, the appeal stands dismissed as withdrawn.

The original Title Deeds of the properties belonging to the respondents exhibited and filed before the Trial Court shall be returned to the respondents.
