It appears from the record that on earlier date i.e. 13.12.2023 also the petitioner did not appear.

Accordingly, the criminal revision No. 27 of 2022 is disposed of with the direction that the petitioner shall be at liberty to raise the issue raised in the present case before the appropriate forum.

All applications connected thereto stand disposed of.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Let a copy of the order be sent to the learned trial court for compliance.
