The learned advocate for the petitioner is aggrieved by the manner in which the investigating agency has implicated him in connection with Amta P.S. Case No. 161 of 2011 dated 16.05.2011.

It has been submitted that till date, the copies, under Section 207 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, on which the prosecution proposes to rely, have not been served upon the accused persons.

In view of the aforesaid, I am of the opinion that the revisional application is premature. However, the petitioner is granted liberty to agitate the points canvassed in the revisional application at the stage of consideration of charge before the learned sessions court.

With the aforesaid observations, CRR 26 of 2021 is disposed of.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance with the necessary formalities.
