Learned advocate for the petitioner has withdrawn his contents so far as the challenge relate to the judgment dated 29.09.2022 passed in criminal appeal no. 3 of 2021 under Section 29 of the P.W.D.V Act.
Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the present case was initiated in the year 2015. Accordingly, the same may be disposed of as early as possible.
Having regard to the innocuous prayer advanced on behalf of the learned advocate for the petitioner, I direct that the learned trial court henceforth would fix one date in every forty five days so that the trial of the case can be taken to its logical conclusion within a reasonable period of time. All efforts should be made to conclude the trial including the connected applications, if any, by 30th December, 2024.
With the aforesaid observations, the present revisional application being CRR 30 of 2023 is disposed of. Pending applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.
