Mr. G.C. Patra .....for the petitioner Ms. Suvasree Ghose .......for the respondent/WBSEDCL It is the case of the petitioner that the respondents are laying 11000 KV electric line over his property. However, no opportunity of hearing was given to the petitioner in this regard. The petitioner had submitted various representations dated 24.11.2023 and 28.11.2023 to the respondents, however, no decision has been taken in this regard. Learned counsel for the respondents/WBSEDCL states that they have no objection in considering the petitioner's representation in a time bound manner. In view of the same, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation within a period of six weeks after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as the respondents by way of passing of a speaking order.

The present writ petition is disposed of in terms of the above direction.
