Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the other co-accused were granted bail by the coordinate benches. Although, the petitioner was identified in the T. I. Parade, the identification was made by the Police Personnel when the petitioner was in custody. Learned advocate appearing for the State submits that apart from the fact that the petitioner was identified in the T. I. Parade, stolen articles being jewelleries were recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioner in the case and considering the fact that stolen articles were recovered from the house of the petitioner and considering the fact that the petitioner was identified in the T. I. Parade, we are unable to grant bail to the petitioner.
Prayer for bail is rejected.
CRM (DB) 33 of 2022 is dismissed.
