In pursuance of the direction passed by this Court dated 02.05.2024, the ASI of Police, Chatterjeehat PS, HPC submitted a report stating that the appellant Susanta Kumar Sen has already been expired on 03.07.2021. A photocopy of Certificate of Death of that appellant is annexed with the report.

As the sole appellant has already expired, the instant appeal stands abated against him.

Accordingly, the appeal being CRA 73 of 1991 stands disposed of as abated.
