Heard the learned Counsels for the parties.

We have considered the materials on record. 340 bottles of phensedyl syrup were recovered from co-accused. Petitioner has not co-operated with investigation. Custodial interrogation of the petitioner may lead to further recoveries. Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
