The revisional application has been filed challenging the order dated 17.12.2021 passed by the learned 4th Civil Judge (Junior Division) at Howrah in Title Suit No0. 949 of 2016 whereby an application filed by the defendants seeking supply of documents in support of interlocutory petitions filed on behalf of the petitioner was rejected.

None has appeared in the present proceedings since November 18, 2024.

Several dates were fixed thereafter but none of the parties were represented.

Under such circumstances, let the instant revisional application being CO 25 of 2022 stand dismissed for default.

Interim order, if any, shall stand vacated.
