Mr. Sengupta, learned advocate appearing for the appellant, submits that there is a delay of sixty-nine days in preferring the appeal. We have heard the learned advocates for the parties. Sufficient cause has been shown. We condone the delay and allow the application. The application (CAN No.3 of 2020) is also disposed of by this order.
