1. Despite directions of this Court, no affidavit-inopposition has been used by the respondents.

2. In the aforesaid circumstances, since the investigation has already been transferred to the Central Bureau of Investigation, nothing further remains to be adjudicated in the instant writ petition.

3. The interim orders already passed are confirmed and made absolute. The protection given to the respondent no.5 by the CRPF shall continue for a period of four months from date.

4. With the aforesaid directions, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

5. There will be no order as to costs.

6. All parties are directed to act on a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
