It appears that on 28th December, 2020 the decision taken by the UCO Bank was communicated to the petitioner. In view of such compliance, no further order is required to be passed in this proceeding.

The petitioner is aggrieved by the said communication. It would be open for the writ petitioner to take appropriate steps in accordance with law if he is aggrieved by the communicated dated 28th December, 2020.

The contempt application and the connected applications are accordingly, disposed of.
