It is further submitted by Mr. De, learned counsel for the State that a police constable has been posted outside the house of the petitioners. This Court appreciates the prompt action on the part of the Bankura Sadar Police Station. Counsel for the petitioners confirms that the writ petitioners have been restored into their house and are, in fact, residing there.

Counsel for the private respondent no. 5 submits by way of an application that his parents want to stay with him.

This Court cannot enter into the dispute any further under Article of the Constitution of India. However, the Inspector-inCharge, Bankura Sadar Police Station may take suitable steps in accordance with law after making due enquiry based on the letter dated June 19, 2021.

With the aforesaid observations, the instant writ petition and the connected application are disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
