In the fourth paragraph of the last line of the order dated 07.01.2025, the words 'we are not inclined' be read as "we are inclined'.

Department is directed to incorporate necessary correction in the order.

5.

Corrected certified copy of the order be handed over to the parties upon submission of the certified copy, if any, already issued to them.
