Pursuant to the order dated 20th December, 2023, administrative notice was issued to the sole appellant. The postal article has returned with endorsement "Deceased" on it.

Be that as it may, this matter is appearing in the list since December, 2023. However, since listing of the matter, none has appeared on behalf of the appellant. None appears on behalf of the appellant.

In view of the above, the present appeal being SA 1186 of 1971 along with all connected applications, if any, stands dismissed for default.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
