We have heard the learned Counsel for the parties. The petitioner prays for modification of the conditions of bail imposed on 12th January, 2021 in connection with CRM 124 of 2021. The petitioner has disclosed documents to show that he has diligently complied with the said conditions by meeting the Officer-in-Charge of Golabari Police Station and he did not leave the jurisdiction of the Golabari Police Station without prior permission of the learned Fast Track Court-III Additional District and Sessions Judge, Howrah.

In view of the fact that charge-sheet has already filed and the petitioner has so far complied with the bail conditions diligently as reflected from the record, we modify the bail conditions to the extent that the petitioner shall meet the Officer-in-charge once in

a month, save and except, the aforesaid modification of other terms and conditions in the order dated 12th January, 2021 shall remain unaltered.

The application for relaxation of condition of bail, being CRAN 1 of 2021 stands disposed of.
