Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner is granted leave to correct the cause title in the application for anticipatory bail.

The department will correct the name of the first petitioner in the order dated January 25, 2022 in accordance with the correction incorporated by the learned advocate for the petitioner in the application for anticipatory bail. In view of this order, time to comply with the order dated January 25, 2022 is extended for a period of fortnight from date.

CRAN 1 of 2022 in CRM (A) 41 of 2022 is disposed of accordingly.
