Mr. Dutta, learned advocate appears on behalf of the appellants and submits that his clients are not maintaining any contact with him in spite of communication and under such circumstances he is unable to move this application.

Considering the said submission of Mr.

The connected applications, if pending, are also dismissed accordingly.
