1. T.C.R. along with original Will sent down vide Memo No. 1262F dated 03.5.2025 shall be immediately recalled by Special Messenger. The cost of which shall be borne by the appellant. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the appellant shall deposit the Special Messenger cost within one week from date and the T.C.R. shall be transmitted to this Court within two weeks thereafter. Paper Book has already been filed.

2. Ms. Chakraborty, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents has submitted that she has not received any instruction to appear on behalf of the respondents in spite of her best efforts.

3. An administrative Notice be served upon the respondents by the department concerned in course of this week with an intimation that this matter shall be listed after four weeks.

4. In the event the respondents are not represented on the adjourned date in spite of notice, the appeal may be heard and decided in their absence.
