The writ petitioner is aggrieved by the investigation into Behala Police Station Case No. 258 dated 29th September, 2022.

The O. C., Behala Police Station has filed a report indicating that the investigation into the case is in progress.

It is ordered that the investigation into the said FIR is completed and final report be filed before the Jurisdictional Magistrate within two weeks from date. The petitioner may avail other civil remedies against the private respondents either in pending proceedings or in any other proceeding in accordance with law.

The report of the O. C., Behala Police Station dated 23.01.2023 is taken on record.

The writ petition is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.
