We have perused the entire case records and it appears that the appellant was completely negligent in conducting the matter since filing of the same in 2009. The appellant was directed to put in Talabnama along with written up notice forms for effecting service of notice of appeal upon the sole respondent. In spite of giving opportunities at least twice by this Court, no attempt has been made to regularise it.

On such consideration, we dismiss the appeal. Connected applications, if any, also stand dismissed.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

There shall be no order as to costs.
