It is submitted by the learned Advocate for the respondent No.4 that the said respondent, who is the daughter-in-law of the petitioner, does not have any objection, if the petitioner (mother-in-law) returns to her residence.

The police report indicates that an investigation was initiated vide Bishnupur Police Station Case No.633 of 2021 dated September 30, 2021 under Sections 498A/406/34 of the Indian Penal Code, against the petitioner and her family members. Charge sheet has already been filed in respect thereof. The police report is taken on record. Under such circumstances, the Officer-in-Charge, Bishnupur Police Station, South 24-Parganas, shall ensure the

safe entry of the petitioner to the residential house situated at LR Dag No.4565, Mouza-Rasapunja under Bishnupur Police Station. The prayers and the rights of the respondent No.4 have not been decided in this proceeding and this order shall not have any impact on the pending proceedings initiated by the respondent No.4. The police will ensure that the parties do not commit any breach of peace and the respondent No. 4 is not caused any harm.

The writ petition is, thus, disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

All parties are to act on the basis of the server copy of this order.
