We have considered the materials on record. Petitioners assaulted the victim resulting in grievous injury and hospitalization. 3.

Keeping in mind the gravity of the offence, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected.
