Party/parties is/are represented in the order of their name/names as printed above in the cause title. By order dated 12th February, 2020 the order of the contempt application has been inadvertently typed as CPAN 1141 of 209 in place and stead of CPAN 1141 of 2019. Registry has also submitted a Note dated 1st of February, 2021 to the above effect.

It transpires from the record that the order dated 12th February, 2020 was passed by this Hon'ble Division Bench.

Accordingly, let CPAN 1141 of 209 be now corrected to read as CPAN 1141 of 2019.

Let this order be treated as part of the order dated 12th February, 2020.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner, Mr. Pritam Chowdhury, seeks an opportunity to effect service again both of the contempt application and notice of the pendency of this proceeding.

It is submitted that although service was effected by the petitioner in terms of the previous order dated 12th February, 2020, the Track Report connected to such service could not be tracked by the petitioner. Accordingly, the opportunity of fresh service is granted.

Let a comprehensive Affidavit-of-Service be filed on the next date.
