We have considered the materials on record, prima facie, disclosing the involvement of the petitioners who are in-laws of the victim-housewife in setting her on fire and since such allegations find corroboration from the medical papers, we are of the opinion in view of the gravity of the offence, this is not a fit case to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected.

C.R.M. (A) 42 of 2022 is dismissed.
