The medical documents of the petitioner indicate "Borderline Prostatomegaly". The said condition in medical term implies an early stage of an ailing prostate gland. The same cannot be said to constitute a 'severe medical condition' in term of Rule 2015. In that view of the matter, no relief can be granted to the petitioner. The aforesaid order will not prevent the petitioner from applying for transfer on any other general ground.

With the aforesaid observations, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
