1. Counsel for the petitioner and the District Inspector of Schools (SE), South 24 Parganas submit that the order in question has been complied with and the petitioner is getting higher scale of pay and has also been paid arrears in respect thereof.

2. In view of the aforesaid submissions, the instant contempt application shall stand disposed of.

3. Rule, if any, shall stand discharged.

4. There will be no order as to costs.

5. This is an application filed by the current Teacherin-charge of Baribhanga Bamacharan Vidyapith (H.S.), South 24 Parganas for recall of this Court's order dated 25th July, 2022 on various grounds. One of such

grounds is suppression of material facts.

6. Let affidavit-in-opposition to the application being CAN 1 of 2023 be filed by the writ petitioner as well as other respondents within a period of two weeks from date. Reply, if any, thereto be filed within one week thereafter.

7. List the CAN 1 of 2023 on 16th June, 2023 under heading "Application".
