In view of the amendment effected to the notification issued by the State Government on January 3, 2022, the petitioner's application cannot be returned.

In that view of the matter, the D.I. of Schools (SE), Paschim Medinipur, shall process the petitioner's application in consultation with the Commissioner of School Education and exploring the possibilities for transfer of the petitioner, as indicated under the said Circular dated January 3, 2022.

With the aforesaid observations, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
