The present writ application has been preferred praying for direction upon the respondent authorities, more particularly the respondent nos. 1 and 2 to proceed expeditiously to release the monthly pension and arrears with interest in a time bound manner.

Considering the relief prayed for, the writ application is disposed of with the direction that all the respondents shall take necessary steps to proceed with the

matter relating to the monthly pension and arrears along with interest which is due to the petitioner.

It is directed that the respondents shall make all endeavours to dispose of the prayer within three months from the date of this order on hearing all the stakeholders and dispose of the matter in accordance with law.

All parties are directed to act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
