Sufficient cause being shown for non-appearance when the appeal and the cross-appeal were dismissed for default, we recall the order dated 1st July, 2025. 4.

The appeal along with cross-appeal and the connected application are restored to the original file and number. 5.

The appeal and the connected application shall be listed in the Monthly List of August, 2025.

This order shall be communicated to the non-appearing respondents.
